Vodafone — Scaming vodafone account on the name of 4g, not allowing me to close keep on charging | |||||
Hi, Vodafone india does not have proper 4g facilit then also they are selling 4g sim. i got to know in first month itself that's why after paying first month only i raised a complained starting of the month stating that"4g not working please close my account" Vodafone india charge me 2000 on the name of 4g, where i did not use the 4g data, they add some subscription and send me a 2015 rs bill for same month (june 2016). I have all the proof with me, called customer care vodafone superviser (name raghabendra "bangalore superviser" told me be ethical and pay the amount and we wont close your account as vodafone ceo told not to loose customer. The are not allowing to switch also and not closing also, they also told in india no one listen to you vodafone is foreign country. Now tell me where shall i go to fix m issue, i don't want vodafone in my life only please help me. Please help me i don't want money back just allow me to close my connection and someone please take action against this foreign company how they are scamming indian people.
