Vodafone — Sending absurd bill each and every month

Dear Sir, subscriber id 92659981 Vodafone is harassing me mentally as well as financially. I had vodafone plan of Rs 149 but these guys are sending me exorbitantly high bills from the past three months So I changed my plan to Rs 249 this month. Even I cut down my usage to almost negligible because of the fear of high bill still they sent me a bill of Rs 650 this month. I don't know how to handle this situation. Last month I paid Rs 1300 and I think next month these guys will ask me to sell my kidney to pay my bill. If any one can help. I will be highly thank ful. Frustrated Customer, Neelesh Gupta
