[Resolved] Vodafone — sending false bill despite request for stop usage | |||
I have availed a postpaid sim connection with roaming facilities (Connection no: [protected]) and the same have been missed during my abroad visit, i have received a notice for payment of amount rs.1, 086/- despite non-usage. I have paid the said amount under protest and also requested for disconnection of the particular number. The same have not been responded by the vodafone team and as on date i have been receiving notice for payment of another sum of rs.916/- despite my request for disconnection. I want this to be resolved at the earliest. Kindly note that i am not bound to make any further payment including the present illegal demand of rs.916/. Was this information helpful? | |||
