[Resolved] Vodafone Service Provider — Outgoing & Incoming calls stopped. | |||
Hi, I was using Vodafone Postpaid number [protected] since last 3-4 year but suddenly they stopped its outgoing & incoming calls without giving any prior information. The reason why they have blocked my number because, I had taken a Vodafone Postpaid number [protected] in month of November 2013 for internet use under a scheme wherein they had given me a dongle (KKT3800 – IMEI: [protected]) with free subscription for 3 month with 3G speed upto 3GB & after that 100 KBPS unlimited but after using this I was not satisfied with its speed then I called in his customer care center told him to close this number & also sent mail before generating my 3rd month bill which was completing on 6th February & I had sent mail on 5th February & before mail several time i called him to close this number but despite that they did not closed. Few days later they called me & asked that why you want to close this number then I told him that I am not happy with your speed & therefore I want to close this number then they offered me to convert this number into calling SIM with same offer which I am using in my previous number ([protected]) which monthly rent will be 200/- then I said ok & they sent me a micro SIM Card on my address which was not compatible for my handset & I requested him for normal SIM but they have not given me & they started generating its monthly bill whereas I am not using this number despite that continuously they were generating its bill from last 4-5 months & when its bill gone up 1650/- then they forced me to pay its bill then I said why I will pay bill for that which I have not used then they have closed my previous number- [protected] which I am using since last 3-4 year & there no bill due of this number. I said I will not pay any bill for that service which I am not using then they called my several time on my alternate number & were arguing with me and when I did not pay bill then they stopped my outgoing & incoming of my old number [protected] due to which I am facing lot of problem whereas I am paying its bill on regular basis.
