I was using Vodafone Idea (VI) postpaid service (Rs. 299/- plan having two connections) for the last 15 to 18 months and even paid every bill amount regularly in time. In the months of July and August, I raised many complaints regarding network issues but it was not resolved. In the month of September, I ported out VI to take Airtel services. After that VI had sent a bill for my numbers [protected] of Rs, 352/- and [protected] of Rs. 705/-. Finding inline, I had paid a bill for [protected] on 28/09/2022 through the VI application for which I had not received any payment receipt yet. I had spent more than sufficient time repeatedly calling at VI customer care asking for payment receipt as well as justification for charging more than double of the monthly charges for my number [protected]. Every time they used to give different explanations without understanding my concern. My issue is not yet resolved and on 5/10/2022, Airtel has stopped service for my number [protected]. After fetching multiple complaints, on 6/10/2022, VI sent a revised bill of Rs. 30.38, that I paid on the same day for which again I had not received any payment receipt. Still after doing all this, no positive response from VI or Airtel to resume the service of my number [protected].
