[Resolved]  Vodafone — Services barred and outstanding bill for not availing services

This complaint is regarding 2 vodafone numbers. [protected] - Business number [protected] - 3G services only number I have applied for 3G service plan with Vodafone. I received the sim card however, Its been more than 2 months that my 3G services are yet to start. Vodafone has laved and claiming bill of 1700 rs as rental on my number and for no reason they have disconnected one of my business phone-[protected]. There customer care representative says that because of my 3G number ([protected]) vodafone has disconnected my business number ([protected]). Where as both these number has nothing to do with each other. More than 5 times i have filed a complaint with vodafone for non activation of my 3g service on my number [protected]. Also, twice i have requested them to disconnect this number however, no action was taken by them. Now i have faced huge business loss due to deactivation of my business number [protected]. I want to get this 3g number [protected] deactivated and and my business number [protected] activated. Compensation for the harassment which i faced due to vodafone. And compensation for the loss i incurred in my 2 business deals due to non participation in the deal/bid as my customer could not reach me on my business umber [protected]
