Vodafone — Services barred without any intimation | |||
I got a new no. [protected] more than 10 days back and submitted all the required documents. This no. was obtained from Vodafone NIBM, Pune store. After working for a couple of days roughly the services were barred with no prior information/intimation. I visited this store and their staff was caught unaware why this was not working and later came to know it is because of home verification pending. It has been now more than 10 days the number is pending activation It is really disgusting to know who is actually responsible for keeping a track whether a home verification was done or not? Given that i have an existing no.[protected] and the new no. was merged with the same so that there must not be any issues at all. This is really frustrating to also get the bill already generated against the new no. Would like you to take a strict action against the lapse and a mental agony caused to me Was this information helpful? | |||
