Vodafone — Sim card deactivated and still accept the payment | |||
I was not in india from feb till nov, when I came back and want to the Vodafone store to re activate my number, they told me that my number is being de commissioned and Vodafone has not received any payment on this mobile number. I have paid the outstanding bill of Rs 1500 for the Vodafone mobile number [protected] on 11th Aug 2015. It is also reflecting in my Credit card statement. Please find below the transaction number which was provided by HDFC credit card. ARN :- 74568225223310371007192 Authorization code -020333 I have already raised the query with the 'corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com' but no response. Was this information helpful? | |||
