Vodafone — Sold fraud postpaid plan | |||||
Yesterday i decided to switch my vodafone prepaid to postpaid. I call on the customer care no 199 and had a conversation with the customer care executive. She asked me transfer the call to the postpaid department. Then i talked with another executive. He offered me a diwali plan specially for me that the plan will provide me following things: 1. 500 min free local and national minutes. 2. 500 MB 2G data free for 6 months 3. 200 local and national sms 4. 1p/2 sec post 500 min 5. 1 vodafone no free for 1 year I agreed and bought this plan then a executive named Shiv patel came to my residence and collected the documents and handed me a new sim today i activated the sim and called customer care to confirm the details of my plan. and Now they are saying that I'll not get 500 MB 2G data. they just cheated on me. they are saying there is no plan in 199 which will give 500 mb data.
