My mobile was stolen on 7 Feb. I have been trying for duplicate SIM with all documents and fees from Ranaghat Vodafone ministore dt.Nadia WB. [protected]. Not got till date.They are not responding.I am afraid, worried anxious P

We did not get any response when we called 9***0****0 at 4:27 PM from 0***1*****0 & 9***8****4 is lost hence we cannot call on the same. Please let us know a suitable time between 9:30 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Saturday(except for public holiday) to assist you better. Further, we request you to share with us the complete name of the Vodafone MiniStore along with the address. You can also visit your nearest Vodafone Store with your original ID proof to collect a duplicate SIM card. You can refer to https://www.vodafone.in/pages/vodafone_stores.aspx?cid=rob for Store timings & address.
