On[protected] I went to Vodafone Store (located in stadium road, Bareilly-243003, Uttar Pradesh, India) I visit this store as I want to Port my no. from BSNL to Vodafone. It was said to me to fill the form. I said okay. There are certain details required to be filled in the form, Instead of helping me with filling the form the staff in the store was busy playing game and surfing internet on their mobile phone. And when i asked him certain things he misbehaved and rudely answered. I decided not to take the Vodafone network if this is the customer service are there in the local store. And finally, I am satisfied with the customer service of Idea.
