Vodafone Store — Non redressal of slow internet speed and non co operation from employees of vodafone | |||||
Dear Sir, I have been cheated and humbled by Vodafone company and its employees.My Data plan of 199 2GB 2G Unlimited data pack was active wherein I was getting very good speed and could browse and operate net smoothly on mobile. However Sine 18th Nov 2015 data speed reduced considerably.I had many phone call with executives of vodafone but nothing has been done.Than company come out with a plan of 2GB 3G plan with a rental of Rs.249 which I agreed on 30.11.15.However even after this I could not operate internet on mobile as usual. Then I had called on to vodafone appellate on 01/12/2015 at 3 of clock on number [protected].But instead of helping me all the concerned were busy in transferring my call to one department to another making mess of my situation.This being a months beginning I have to make various online payments through mobile apps and my vodafone no being registered on those apps.I am completely helpless and annoyed with behaviour vodafone.I am attacheing my email communications with the vodafone. I think these are the marketing gimmick of the company to cheat customer and make money without providing agreed services to the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
