[Resolved]  Vodafone — Tele verification problem

I got a new Vi sim card. I was told that the sim will be activated within 2 hours and then I have to dial 59050 for tele verification. I have tried so many times but after selecting the language it quote that "this is only for tele verification call 199 for more details" and then the call getting ended every time. The network bar is full. I tried calling so many times but it happened every time. Then I called 199 but it said that i have to do tele verification through 59059 first.
I don't know what to do anymore. Hope I'll get some resolvement through here.
