Vodafone — Unable to Connect 59059 for sim activation***** | |
I am unable to access my no from last 3days as one of vodafone agent came to my office and for better 4g network and volte service, he replace my old vodafone postpaid sim with a new postpaid sim and told me that the new sim will activate with in next 24 hours. Instead of that after 2days my old sim lost its network and when i put my new sim it show me network but not activated. So after conforming from the agent i call the given no 59059 for activation process but it doesn't connect. Now i am unable to use my no.. Even when i contacted the same agent he told me to contact the vodafone store, i visited the nearest store and they told us that they don't have much information and told to wait for some more time may be sim got activate. Even i dm the vodafone india twitter handle page for my issue they just replay me like contacted to vodafone store. Nobody wants to help me in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |
