2. Description - The proposal for Vodaphone service was initiated from Four Colors India Pvt Ltd on 11th July and the communication started via email. Documents were provided on 19th July to start the service. And we shared the TFS PO with them on the 19th to complete the process.
After the follow-up mail was sent from my side on 25 July, one of the contact persons from Vodafone " Kalpesh Lukkad" replied that the service would start only this week. Again on the 26th, I received an email from Vodafone to get the digital CAF signed on the form so I sign on the form and complete the process. on 26th July received the mail from "Rinka Pandey" from NFL Desk Team that order entry has been done. And again there was some correction in the forms and for that we have reached out to Vodafone contact team several times but no one responded till 7th Aug 2023. and finally the vodafone contact team ask us to setup a call to hand over the portal for the service and it was done. after demo no one provide the kit to us and no one contacted or no communication was there and on 14th Aug 2023 we got the bill for the service we never use. I have sent a official mail on 14th Aug 2023 to end the service and there was no reply on that as well. there was only bill generation from Vodafone without using the service even we have requested them to stop the service due to lack of customer support proper updates and handover. Again 4th Sep 2023 new bill generated on Four Colors India Pvt Ltd name without any single use. bill generation was there everytime without any service use by vodafone
