Vodafone Idea (VI) is deducting money unnecessarily without customer consent. It happened many times, recently they charged Rs.5 for some access to 'Contakt Gaming'. It has been a frequent issue and the customer care hardly accepts its their fault, they only say that I must've clicked on something even though i am pretty sure none of that has happened.
I requested a refund but no response, please escalate this issue asap since this is not the first ever case as i have notice in this forum. Was this information helpful? |
