[Resolved] Vodafone — Unethical deductions | |
I received a message today (12.08.20) from Vodafone stating 10 Rs has been deducted for downloading Carbun 8 games.I never downloaded anything.When i caller their customer care.The know nothing about it and said will take request to avoid such malpractices.They have no system in place tto return the money.The money needs to be returned or else i will be forced to leave the services of vodafone.My whole family uses it.Be rest assured Services will be withdrawn.Will not tolerate such day light robbery.

Aug 12, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Nothing has been done.Cust care informed, there is no way to reverse the money Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 17, 2020 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent.
