[Resolved] Vodafone — Unethical Deductions | |
Dear Team, I had been using a vodafone connection since good 10 years.Today morning i receive a message “Dear Customer, thank you for downloading CARBAN_GAME from CARBUN8” You have been charged Rs. 10 I never downloaded these nor i have activated Value added services.The money needs to be reversed at the earliest and such malpractices needs to be stopped.My whole family use Vodafone and if no action, i will be forced to change the service provider. Verified Support Aug 17, 2020 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent.
