[Resolved] Vodafone — Unexplained amount in Vodafone postpaid bill | |||
I have been charged an unexplained ₹47 in my Vodafone postpaid bill for June-July 2020. The charge is displayed under Value added services as "WWAP_DLS0047_PPU_KINxxxxxxx" The amount was added without prior confirmation (no SMS was sent or authorisation given from my end) and repeated customer service calls have been fruitless. No executive have been able to explain the charge and all of these calls have ended with the customer support team hanging up when asked for clarification. I would like a full explanation of the charge and the amount deducted from the bill with a proper apology from the Vodafone team.
