Dear Sir,
I have unlimited plan activated on my number and keep a little balance in my account for any emergency and to avoid that disgusting low balance caller tune.
Around 19th of September 7RS was deducted from my account without my consent. I had not activated any service. When I called customer care number I was told that no service is activated on my no but I got the message that some video service is there and further amount will be deducted.
Customer care had no clue about what service it is .I also had no clue and the money is charged.
I called customer care two times but they had no clue about the service and asked me to call after few days.
In between there is again some deduction from the balance.
Why there are so many deductions when I have not asked/applied/consented on any additional service????
I called the customer care but the customer care had no idea why those deductions were made and SIMPLY REFUSED TO GIVE ANY COMPLAINT NO. or any solution.
Please resolve this issue and refund the amount charged without any reason or I would be forced to go to consumer court as this has disturbed my peace of mind Was this information helpful? |
