Vodafone — Unnecessarily charges included in the bill

Since very first day I have bought this connection I am either misinformed or not properly informed.everytime I have to lodge a complaint for the services I have been promised to.last time I have unsubscribed my net pack after 3 days of my billing cycle.while I was doing same he didn't inform me that charges will be applied for the current billing cycle.so I am paying for data I have not used atleast they should inform me that use your data and deactivation would be from next billing cycle.i have to pay 150 rs extra which I shouldn't pay.kindly look into matter. Thanks in advance.
