[Resolved]  Vodafone — unprofessional and fraud executives at vodafone gallery

Big fraudsters is all i want to say.
Initially they denied for postpaid to prepaid migration before completing 90 days post state mnp, but i successfully got it done after 30 days, all because of the efforts i had to put and i knew something's fishy with the fake rules they say (They actually twist the vodafone guidelines as per their convenience) and not the actual guidelines vodafone has set just to misguide innocent customers and to meet their own targets they tell customers to wait for 90-60 days etc. Etc.
So rule no. 1 better call customer care and verify with them before obeying to what these fraudsters tell you at the store

Second thing, i was asked to pay 370 rupees as the first recharge post migration (Postpaid to prepaid in my case) is a mandatory to be done from any vodafone store/gallery desk so with the submission of documents/photos for the process i also made an advance payment of rupees 370 (There were two first recharge plans one for 28 days and the other one for 56 days, i chose the 370 plan) asked for a card payment option and they said the card machine not working so i end up paying cash (The registration form slip was given to me after all the formalities and cash payment with no receipt for the payment i made and they just wrote 370 recharge on the slip they gave me.
After the migration to prepaid i was facing some internet connectivity so i had to visit the store and also they have activated some 249 plan on my number so i asked them where's the remaining 121 rupees i was just asking for the accountability and one big catch here this executive called sangeeta she took my phone and was helping me with the net connectivity and after resolving the same i asked her why i was charged 370 rupees for a 249 plan then she started making some make believe stories that you'll get a mail for the same and i haven't received any email yet and then she was looking at my sms and suddenly deleted the sms i got for successful recharge of 249 on my number, she acted as if she deleted this sms by mistake, but then i realized she did it intentionally so that i don't have a proof
How dare she go to see customer's sms without their permission and delete an sms and in my phone one have to go to the upper three dots and select the delete option, so no one can delete an sms by mistake their was no need for her to select the three dots as she was not suppose to delete anything right?

They are unethically exploiting innocent customers to meet their own targets or over charging the customers and creating their own money bank for their own small treats, i can vouch for this.

This gallery don't even deserve a star, no option of giving a no star, this entire team needs to be rusticated and needs genuine set of people to guide/help the customers.
