Vodafone — Unsatisfactory regarding complaint resolves. | |||
I m a Vodafone Customer since 2004 onwards n was satisfied with the services may be little expensive. Although i m receiving calls from the other service providers for number portability but m sticked to Vodafone. Every Month i Recharge of 145/month for Talktime n 199-245/month for Data pack Monthly on my Cell Number [protected]. On (22nd june 2015) i recharged my cell n Observed some deductions on ( 23rd june ) so called Vodafone Customer care n spoke to a person named "GAYARAJ" @ 10:40 pm to launch a complaint regarding my deductions. He gave me a complaint number as [protected] n replied that the deductions shall be reverted back in the Account within 24 hrs. On ( 04th july 2015 ) again observed deductions from my Talktime Account due to some excessive usage in my Data pack Account. So on the same day had a live chat with representative named "CHAITALI" @ 12:54 pm. She replied me that the above mentioned number was just a confirmation no. n NOT a complaint no. So i requested her to make a complaint against GAYARAJ who made me a ( Fake Commitment ) regarding the subject. She gave me a Complaint no. [protected]. Waited till n on ( 09th july 2015 ) I again called Cust. care n a rep. named NIKHIL replied me that the deductions done are as actual n cannot take any other complaint. So @ 01.10 pm, i made a call to the NODAL Officer, there on his behalf a person named PANKAJ PANDEY heard me n gave me a complaint no. [protected] n replied me that the refunds shall be refunded in my account within 24 hrs positively. Now till today (19th july 2015) i m waiting for the "Positive resolvement" from the Vodafone n team. My question is "IS THERE ANYBODY CONCERNED AUTHORITIES/RESPONSIBLE PERSON WHO LOOKS INTO THIS MATTER? as if i had taken my complaints to the Higher/Seniors representative Personalities of VODAFONE. Still i m waiting for the reply. Or it is understood that VODAFONE Customer Care representatives are use too n trained themselves of making fake commitments n making fool to the Customers.
