[Resolved] Vodafone — Unsed bill amount charged by Vodafone

Un used bill generated for my vodafone mobile network for the month of February- 2015. raised complaint for usage details with the customer executives but they are not providing the details. for only one day (23.02.2015) charged Rs. 1197 for that i have requested to provide the details of my usage but they have denied for doing so and claiming that i have used Internet services, but in actual i am using blackbeery handset, i didnt activated any Internet services &amp; and not used any browsing.Now they have disconnected my network services as i haven't payed the bill.
