[Resolved] Vodafone — unsolicited vas activation | |
My experience/relationship with vodafone idea limited is deteriorating nowadays due to some unsolicited vas activation happening on my account. This is the third time this has happened to me. I let first two times slip but then on the third time i decided to write a written email seeking explanation. The following were the service that were activated without my prior consent The following are descriptions 1) how to videos (30/07/2020) for rs 49.00 2) msurge_health_svc (11/08/2020) for rs 49.00 3) pan_gmebox_15d_vf (27/08/2020) for rs49.00 This vodafone number (Secondary number) is only used for my banking and official purpose. I usually do not access internet on my device (Usually they claim that i clicked on some link and the service got activated). I am waiting for the cc team to reply to my complaint for a full refund and blacklist me for any such service activation in future. If this happens for the fourth time, i may force to escalate this matter with trai as i strongly believe this is complete vailation of customer right. Was this information helpful? | |
