Vodafone — Unwanted deduction | |
Dear customer, Thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8. You have been charged rs. 15 Got this sms on my number [protected] and customer care denying to do refund saying its a 3rd party content and cannot be refunded. I'm browsing internet from wifi only so there is no possibility of clicking on advertisements and getting them activated. So all i make from this that vodafone eating customer money by doing all this cheap tactics. Was this information helpful? | |

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 25, 2020 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent.
