Vodafone UP East — Generating bills even after sim surrender | |||
Versha Communications is a Vodafone customer care office in Shyam nagar, Kanpur. I have purchased a Postpaid sim from them which they committed willl provide full network in my house. But It was a mith. I have also discussed this network issue with customer care office but didn't get any help from them, So that I have surrendred my SIM at Versha Communications in January before bill amount generation from vodafone office. I have Deposited 1000 rs in cash to executive and he broke the SIM at the same time. After a few days I have recieved my bill of 1082 Rs. on my email for which I have discussed with Vodafone executive at Versha Commucations, he asked me to deposite rest 82 Rs. for Full and Final Sattlement and I have done the same. I thought my number is deactivated. But Again I am recieving bills from Vodafone office while I have not used that SIM. I am very frustrated now due to this harrasment...please help...I will not pay anything as i have already deposite complete bill. Was this information helpful? | |||
