Vodafone — VAS getting auto activated again and again

For the past 2-3 month different VAS are getting activated on my number [protected] withot my consent again and again.When ever i call customer care they just said i must have activated.
I dont even use that number for call or internet, it is just link to many different things so i only use it for otp.
List of some "value added service" auto activated on my number.
1)4/11/2021 Movie time (35Rs)
2)11/11/2021 subscription to 3smtn015(what even is it)
3)29/11/2021 Gamepind (50Rs)
4)16/12/2021 English seekho (3Rs)
5)18/12/2021 How to videos (49Rs)

Get this resolve or else I might have to port my phone number.
