[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone activated services without my confirmation | |||
Hello, I want to complain against the Vodafone services. On 28th May 2014 at 7:27pm i got a message that Rs 35 has deducted from my account for activating the Hello1 service. I have not asked for any such service or also not confirmed to for activating this. When i called to Customer Care they told me that I have downloaded this service as it was showing in his system. But I have not downloaded anything. They guys call or send sms for whole day. I Just want my money back and deactivate all such services. My number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
