[Resolved] Vodafone — vodafone activating game service and deducting cash

I am receiving message from 53010 from 12/07/2020 to 20/07/2020 regarding deduction of charges rs.10.00 continuously total rs.80.00 has been deduted till now. I called many time with customer care and they are reverting that game is activated in my phone, but it is a feature phone and there is no game to play for which continuous charges should be deducted. Kindly reimburse rs.50/- deducted by message from 53010.
Am using basic mobile still they are using this service activated.
