Vodafone — Vodafone bill dispute | |||
Hi, I am writing this as vodafone has not taken any action against my complains and neither it is in constant communication with me .I have raised multiple request telling them there is fault in my bill generation . The request raised are multiple the lates one is with id[protected]. The bill had to be generated on 1st of every month however gets generated on 18th and hence all the data charges are being miscalculated i agree to pay what i am suppose to but there are chaarges which i just dont agree to and this wrong bill has been generated twice .
