Vodafone — VODAFONE- Error 69

Since a week has passed, I am not able to send many SMS message to anyone through Vi network.
When I try to send, it mentions "Not sent Tap to try again".
It shows the error message VODAFONEIN-ERROR 69

I will be very happy if you resolve this problem as early as possible.
