Vodafone is looting money in the name of vas activation through flash messages: money is getting deducted without any intimation of that, no balance deduction message too. Upon calling to customer care multiple times still no result is there. They are telling that some game service has been activated on my number. I never requested or gave permissions for that and even in myvodafone app it is showing nothing. Even i sent sms to stop any activate vas to 155223 and got a reply saying no active vas in my account, still balance is getting deducted on regular basis. Verified Support Sep 06, 2020 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent.
