[Resolved] Vodafone — vodafone is not giving any option to deactivate my postpaid connection | |
I have a corporate postpaid connection which i am not using anymore & want to deactivate permanently. I have tried sending email to [protected]@vodafone.com but email is getting bounced. I have tried ivr option by calling 199 but there is no option for account deactivation. I have tried vodafone chat service vic but there also i can't find any option for deactivation. It seems that they are forcing me to pay the bill even though i am not using the connection. As a customer i should have an option to terminate my connection. Was this information helpful? | |
