[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone not respecting DND Settings | |
I have activated full DND on my number. I still keep getting promotional calls and messages. For all the numbers and sender-id, I use the vodafone mobile application or send a message to inform them of a violation. The problem is Vodafone itself is now sending me promotional message and they are not allowing me to register a complaint against them. They don't let me enter their sender Id (Vm-ViCare) in their app. I tried sending a text to 1909, in the format as set by TRAI, but Vodafone is refusing to accept a complaint.
