Vodafone — Vodafone prepaid — unauthorized subscription to "biscoot" services on [protected] | |||||
Yesterday I got a message that a biscuit service has been activated on my mobile and Rs. 45 is deducted. I called customer care and deactivated this service. Your customer care representative told me that you might have clicked a link on your phone and hence this payment of Rs. 45 can not be waived off. I don't remember clicking any such link on my mobile. Can you please explain if clicking a link activates a service without my prior permission then why is Vodafone supporting such phishing websites. I understand that I am not the only one facing this problem and many Vodafone customers have been charged with this service without their prior permission. This is really disappointing from a reputed firm like Vodafone. When I wrote to the customer care all they have to say is you have downloaded this service and hence this amount can not be waived off. I'm highly disappointed and angered with the response. I just want my hard-earned money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
