[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone Recharge not done. money got deducted

I recharged my Vi account on 18/01/2021 at 00:58 hours for 499 rupees. The amount got deducted from my bank account, but I didn't get any message/ mail regarding recharge. Hoping to get a favourable response.
The details of the transaction:
tx#[protected] for Rs499.00 by SBIDrCARD at 99999999 on 18Jan21 at 00:58:53.

I filed a complaint here. The next day, I got a message from this site saying Vodafone company has been intimated regarding my issue. I got a call from vodafone (+912067622500) in a couple of days and i got my money back in another couple of days. Thank you for the prompt response.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
