[Resolved] Vodafone — vodafone wrongful billing for number [protected] | |
This is with regard to the bill from 11aug-10sep on my number [protected]. There is a value added subscription charge for a service that has been subscribed to without my consent. These charges seem to incur weekly on the dates 24 aug, 31 aug, 7 sept. I did not send any sms or opt in for this service nor availed any of its features. Further, on calling customer care, i understand that there is a chance that these charges may reflect in my next bill. I refuse to bear charges for these services since this was done without my explicit consent and knowledge. I want the charges reversed on my existing and future bill. Kindly address this matter urgently as my due date is on sept 26. Was this information helpful? | |
Sep 18, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I received an email from [email protected]. They raised a request to process both refunds. One part of the refund has already been initiated and is reflecting in my previous bill. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
