[Resolved]  Vodafone — waiver of bill

because of vodafone mobile connect service i got rs 8400 bill on my no [protected], but after complaint vodafone representative committed me to revert the bill after paying rs 2080, i had paid it but company had disconnect my phone, i have audio recording of communication with vodafone representative, for further contact my no is [protected]

Even i had same problem after wasting my time energy and calls emails...vodafone has waived my amount..but it took 1 month for them to invesitigate and waive my amount..really im disopointed by vodafone services..they still not waived 300/-rs on my another number...

As per my billing cycle my bill was 4200 for three months. I recieved a call from vodafone and they give me a waiver of 2200 rupees. After it I paid the rest amount of 2000. But from next month the amount of 2200 was added to my next billing cycle.My mob. no. is [protected]
I am using Vodafone for 12 years now & its been 12 years is ever since Vodafone came to India. However, I am very unhappy with Vodafone's integrity issues. They loot customers by increasing their credit limit without their permission every month. I had agreed for a credit limit of INR 2100 and they increased it to INR 9000. I have written several emails to them explaining my financial difficulties and have requested them to wave off a certain amount of my bill but they have not done anything about it!!!

I am really unhappy with vodafone and will have to start using a new number with a new simcard from a company that values its customers more.
