Vodafone. — Worst service most of the time by vodafone. | |||
I am experiencing many worst services from Vodafone customer cares. Recently One of the customer named Ashish called me on 13th sept to my number [protected] and said you are our privilieged customer and avail the double data benifit by recharging 58/-. I immediately recharged as per his suggestions. But I have recevied only 300 MB of data valid till 20th of Sept. I called and requested 4 times to the customer care executives, I have directly talked to one of your senior person named Bhanu, She created a service with registartion number: [protected], but till now no action has been taken on it. Today again I had live chat with Shanawaz who said I am not eligible for that benifit. It looks so funny that you people only called me and suggested me to avail the offer and now say that I cannot avail. This is just an example of worst service I have received from Vodafone customer care, there are plenty of examples. I need justice even though it might be a small issue.
