[Resolved] Vodafone — Worst service provide by company | |
Before 2 days late night i got messege that Rs 99 has been deducted towards international roaming rental and stoped outgoing calls and messeging sevice suddenly but lol from last 1 year i am in my home city i called customer care to complaint they recieve call after 20 minutes as usual all executive are busy after recieved a call she told me its some technical issue its resolved in 1 hour ok the the outgoing calls service are start in 1 hour its good but text messege service was still not started so i called again and he told that u have to recharge again to start your service this is only one solution ...why??????thats means my previouse recharge is waste of my money i thought one of the most worst service provided by vodafone to me please guys dont by the vodafone sim even you get in free of cost its very worst instead of buying vodafone sim go for another better network not for worst and poor like vodafone...
