[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong Amount Included. | |||
I have been charged Rs 564 for Vodafone Internet above of my internet pack in my bill. (Period 7th Jan to 6th Feb) But when i enquired about my data balance from their customer care executive on 1st Feb (call transaction number[protected], they told me that "your are still having 100mbs of data balance in your account" But later on seeing my bill, i came to know that they have charged me Internet usage since 17th January stating that you have crossed the maximum usage allowed in the pack. Also i have been charged Rs 60 as roaming call forwarding, which they activated without my concern. Yours Was this information helpful? | |||

Further, we've also checked your invoice dated 7-Feb-14 & see that the charges levied towards data usage are accurate. Hence, we are unable to reverse the same.
