[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong balance deduct

Dear sir,
Dear Sir / Madam,
With respect and tired for your customer care reply is irresponsible but my complain and is
today i have received 1:15 msg for something deduct 22 balance for offer
msg is """ Dear Customer, thank you for downloading FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8. You have been charge Rs.22 """ then kind your information at that time i have never used mobile cause at time 1 to 2 pm in Masjid for pray at that time my mobile in charging mode with cable never any used mode so how possible operet and make mistake and care officer telling you click any so i have not use at time so hows possible .
also i have today not operet mobile coz of sunday rest let getup so that write for my story is i have not used so how deduct balance

so please try to understand me and my problem and return deduct balance please and please my humbly request cause of i have am sure its not my mistake

Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent.
