Firstly wrong bill for data service of 1200 on October bill as they never informed by sms or nething that main balance been used.
Then call them on 10 over they promised to revert me Rs 1205 and keep on making promises for that and at last confirmed me that on November bill it ll adjust and the manager confirmed me not to pay that amount and wait for November when the amount will be adjusted and then I can pay but
Nothing happens on November bill no adjustment calling vodafone almost twice since last week and they promising it ll be settled in 24 hours.
Nothing happen now when I am making calls it giving a voice messages that the line can be barred anytime.
I need to compliance about the harassment and what if my line get disconnected because of this..
