[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong Bill and poor consumer dealing | |||
Let me introduce to you, I am Dr Atul Dogra and having post paid connection with Vodafone from last 5 years or so. It is to bring to your kind notice the problem I faced with Vodafone connection from last month. I was out of India from 10-17 Jan 2014, on 15th Jan I received a email from Vodafone that mine billed + unbilled amount isRs. 10966, and mine credit limit is Rs7200/- and requesting me to make payment for further facility. I came back to India on 17th morning and mine outgoing as well incoming calls were barred and I received a email that mine billed+ unbilled amount is Rs. 16402 and on 24th Jan, mine credit limit is increased to Rs 9000. At present mine billed +unbilled amount is Rs. 19033.78 + 2.01 as of today. I have the following concerns on this: i) I used my phone from 10-17 Jan (on International roaming ) for 2-3 calls and rest was used on wi-fi, and I know very well that mine Data Pack was off. So please don't give me this excuse ii) I raised a complaint to vodafone on dated 23 Jan with complaint numbers [protected] and [protected] and further on 8th Feb with complaint number[protected]. Till today I have not received any response on these complaints which is ethically wrong on behalf of Vodafone. iii) When my billed amount was 10966 which is above my credit limits how can it increase further to 19033 when all services were nonfunctional on my phone (no Outgoing sms or call) Tired of making calls on Vodafone and having no response at all, finally I visited Vodafone store on 20th Feb and gave a copy of the emails and asked them to address it. They showd that mine major expenditure on internet charges and i told them that this is wrong. They guided me to write email to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com and they will revert back to me . I wrote them mail on 27th Feb and till today no response. I request for an intimidate help on this, otherwise, I have to take some hard decision which I am avoiding to take as me and my family are using postpaid Vodafone connection since 5 years and I don't want to spoil the image or your group. It would be good for me if you help me on this regard, otherwise I will have to take this to court .
