[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong bill generated and forcing to pay the same | |||
I am using the vodafone number [protected] for almost 4 years and have never made a single payment late. In Dec 2013, I went to Singapore and asked to activate Basic International Roaming. This roaming allows SMS and Incoming calls facility and Outgoing calls and Internet is barred. Since I had a Singapore number provided by my company I was fine with no Outgoing call and Internet. When the bill got generated, they charged me 4300 for Internt in Singapore. Asked them to rectify that and now they are saying that the bill is valid. I have written more than 6 mails to the company, Called more than 20 times to the Customer care and visited Vodafone Store and no one was ready to help me. The Customer care executive acknowledge that BASIC International roaming cannot give Internet facility but they dont help me recify the problem. Now they are threatening me that my number will be forfeited if I dont pay the money. Was this information helpful? | |||
