Vodafone — Wrong Billing on internet usages | |||||
Vodafone charged me the wrong charges on the internet usages. either they have made the source to earn the income by giving fake information to customers. I have 500MB data plan and i usually send message to check the data usages. on 29th Sept i got the message that i have used the 80% of the total usages. but when i received the bill vodafone started charging me from 22nd September for the over Usages. my monthly bills always cones in between 450-550 but this time i got bill of 1453.09. when i called to vodafone customer care.. they are like helpless they dont have answer on that. and everytime they used to raise new complain and say that i will get the call but i never got the call. but i get message that vodafone unable to reach me on phone. i think vodafone has startednew business to harasse the customers and charge wrongly to earn more money.
