[Resolved] Vodafone — wrong charges | |
I have been using vodafone number[protected] from almost 4 years, i have been charged wrongly in the august 2020 bill and additional 900rs + wrong state gst and central gst charge of 116 and 116, when i called the customer care i have been told that i have dailed so number which is 56000 for 100m for which i have been charged 900rs, which is totally incorrect information and i as i checked now such calls has been made. Vodafone india has now found a very unique way to do fraud activites for like this and are harassing the customer. I even gone through such more similar post by customers here in this compaint forum, please look into this. Was this information helpful? | |
