Vodafone — Wrong Data Plan Act-[protected] | |||
Dear Sir, Myself Manish Tare a Vodafone Mobile Customer. My mobile number is [protected] Mumbai Circle. On date 31/08/2014 12.04 i am had recharged my mobile INR 251/- to active 1 GB 3G Data plan For 28 days through main Balance Deduction. Today I got a sms from vodafone that i had used 80% data . But I have dought about that . so I check my data balance *111# there i had showed My data plan is 300 MB 3G activated for 28 days.(please find the snap shot of The data usage message). Many Times I had called to Vodafone customer care but i had not got any positive responce . So, please check my details about data plan Help me in positive feedback.
