[Resolved] Vodafone — wrong information and plan activation | |||
Dear sir, I am using vodafone since last two and a half years but this is the first time I am logging a complaint. I calld 198 in the evening to know about the sms pack, the guy was there told me type *444*9# to activate a sms plan. And I did the same. I got a sms later that 25mb data plan has activated. I called again, Mr. Ramesh ans me that I have heard wrong. When I asked him to deacactive it because I am having 3g plan already, he told me that data will added to my previous plan. Now I called 198 at late night and Mr Sitaram is telling me that my 3g plan has alreday deactivrated cause I have activated another one. Just for your information just few days ago I have activated 3g plan cost 249 rupees. And I have lost that cause of 9 rupees recharge which has been wrongly informed me by someone from customercare. Kindly deactivate the plan of 9 rupees and let me continue with 249 plan. [protected] is my number. Please tmake necessary action ASAP. Looking forward for your cooperation.
